Walter Johnson
Walter comes to Vanguard after a career of over 15 years working in trust and estate services as well as financial planning with many of the top Wall Street investment firms, including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS as a Senior Financial Planner. Walter’s primary experience of working with high net worth individuals and their families gives him a unique perspective when working with clients looking to buy or sell a home in San Francisco.
Walter’s enjoyment of working face to face with his client’s led him to move on from a successful career in finance for the hands on world of Real Estate sales. Walter’s ability to connect with clients on many levels, his easygoing nature and professional demeanor are traits well suited for this line of work.
Born and raised in Central California, Walter’s early work life took him from farming, to cabinet making and eventually home renovation. The latter explains his interest in residential real estate. Walter has lived in San Francisco for 17 years. He has a passion for family, friends, fitness, travel, wine, cooking and dining.
